Inside Job features inventive arrangements of classics by Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, Dexter Gordon, Billy Strayhorn and other jazz greats, as well as original compositions of her own. The musicianship is top-notch, and the chemistry of the band results in organic, creative and exciting performances of classic modern jazz and original jazz compositions. Cynthia produced her OA2 Records release Inside Job with this group using a 2001 Artist Support Grant from Jack Straw Productions.
